Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to cancel and return it for a full refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your poster arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a free replacement.

Email hello@machinedecides.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
